Who owns Coco & Co?
Coco & Co is a premium kidswear brand by The House of Disha. We create story-inspired clothing that blends comfort, creativity, and care.

What makes Coco & Co special?
Every piece is designed around a story children can relate to—made with natural fabrics, plastic-free buttons, and azo-free dyes, so it’s gentle on skin and kinder to the planet.

What fabrics do you use?
Primarily breathable, kid-friendly natural fabrics (e.g., cotton, muslin, viscose blends) chosen for comfort and durability.

Are your dyes and trims safe for kids?
Yes. We avoid harsh chemicals and use azo-free dyes and plastic-free buttons. Our garments are designed to be skin-friendly for everyday wear.

Will two pieces look slightly different?
Minor variations in weave/print can occur due to fabric and finishing—this is normal and adds to the uniqueness of each piece.

What sizes do you offer?
We currently cover ages 2–10 years. Check our Size Chart given for each Outfit on product Pages for exact measurement .

How do I pick the right size?
Measure chest/waist/height and compare with our Size Guide. If your child is between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for comfort and longer wear.

Do you offer alterations?
Yes. We provide minor alterations for a small additional charge. Please email support@cocoandco.in with your order number, the garment name/size, and the specific change needed (e.g., sleeve/hem length). Our team will confirm charges and turnaround time and guide you on the pickup/return process.

How should I wash Coco & Co garments?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle; wash darks separately; do not bleach; line dry in shade; warm iron if needed. Always check the care label on the garment.

Will colors bleed or shrink?
Minimal color release may occur on the first wash. Natural fabrics can shrink up to 2–3%—following our wash care helps keep fit and color intact.

Where do you ship?
Pan-India delivery to most pin codes via trusted courier partners.

How long does delivery take?
3–5 business days for metros, 5–7 for other locations. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

What are the shipping charges?
Free Shipping for all orders .

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on all orders. Prepaid orders ship faster.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by WhatsApp/email once shipped. You can also track from My Account → Orders on our website.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns/exchanges within 4 days of delivery for unused items with tags & packaging intact. Hygiene products/accessories may be non-returnable—see product page for specifics.

Are there return charges?
Yes, a flat fee of ₹99 is applicable for return pickups arranged by us.
Alternatively, you can ship the item back directly to our warehouse; we’ll share the address by email once you raise a return request.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit Returns Portal link or email support@cocoandco.in with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
After QC approval at our warehouse, refunds to the original payment method typically take 3–7 business days. Store credit is also available.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes—subject to stock availability. Start an exchange via the Returns Portal or email us directly.

Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and leading wallets. COD is available on eligible orders.

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways with industry-standard encryption.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes—add Gift Wrap at checkout for ₹50. You can include a custom gift note too.

Can you add a handwritten note?
We love that! Add your message in Order Notes at checkout.
