Return & Refund Policy

At Coco & Co, a brand by The House of Disha, we value your trust and want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. This policy makes the process simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 4 days of receiving your order.

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Free from stains, perfume, or signs of wear.
2. Non-Returnable Products

Cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene/safety reasons:

  • Accessories (hairbands, clips, socks, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-altered garments
  • Clearance/final-sale items marked non-returnable
3. Return Methods & Charges
  • Pickup arranged by us: ₹99 return fee deducted from refund.
  • Self-shipping: Send to our warehouse at your own cost (address shared over email).

Use a trackable courier. Company not liable for lost/damaged self-shipped returns.

4. Exchanges

Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, refund or store credit will be issued. Exchange shipping is free if the error was ours (wrong/defective item).

5. Refund Process & Timelines

Refunds issued after QC approval:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 days.
  • COD orders: Refunded via store credit or bank transfer.
6. Defective, Damaged or Wrong Product

Report within 48 hours at support@cocoandco.in with photos/videos. Free pickup and replacement/refund will be arranged.

7. Alterations

Minor alterations at a nominal cost available. Email support@cocoandco.in. Altered products not eligible for returns/refunds (unless defective).

8. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Email support@cocoandco.in within 1 hour if made by mistake. After shipping, follow the standard return process.

9. Shipping Costs & Refund Adjustments

Shipping charges at checkout are non-refundable, except in case of defective/wrong item. Return shipping cost is borne by customer unless fault lies with us.

10. Important Notes

Products returned without initiating request may not be processed. Repeated returns may lead to account suspension. Refunds only after QC approval.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under Aurangabad, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
